Li Haiwang, born in Xiangfen, Shanxi Province in 1963, graduated from Jinzhong Normal Junior College and
Shanxi Normal University, once attended the First Advanced Master Degree Class in Oil Painting held by Tianjin
Academy of Fine Art, professor of Fine Art Academy of Shanxi Normal University, currently lives in Beijing.
